Ordering Information
Wholesale orders are processed in the order they
are received. Processing time can vary drastically throughout the
year. Our current processing time is about 10-15 business days.
We ship daily Via FED EX
Sales Tax will be added to orders in the state of Minnesota unless we
have a current tax id on file for you.
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express or with PayPal for
all on online orders. Local orders may pay by Check, Credit Card or
Cash.

Due to the hand crafted nature of our products we
cannot accept returns unless a product is found defective. You will quickly know if there is a
problem with our craftsmanship. If the candle is truly defective we
will stand by it 100% and replace it at our expense. We do not give
cash refunds under any circumstances however we will gladly replace the
product with the same item. We do not accept returns because you do
not like the scent or color of an item but as I stated before we stand
behind the quality of our product fully and to date have yet to have a
problem. That's not bad after nearly a decade in business.
Bath and Body items and Soaps are non-returnable
for the health and safety of our customers. Everyone has different
body chemistry and most people will never have any problems with our
body products. There is the possibility with any body product that a
person may have a dermal (skin) reaction, with most people that chance
is very slim but we realize it exists. Please note ALL our products contain fragrance and most
contain some form of a nut butter. Should an irritation occur while using any of
our body products please discontinue use immediately. Should the
irritation persist please seek medical advice. Star of the North
Primitives will assume no responsibility for allergic reactions to our
products. Star of the North Primitives also will not be responsible
for Medical Expenses etc. We are sure you understand this and thank
you very much for that understanding.
